Always sourdough, always handmade — a chance to discover bread in a new way, inspired by the seasons.

    • organic and ultra-local flour (Moulin des Cèdres)
    • water
    • natural sourdough starter (water + flour), and inclusions(changing every week - may contain nuts and/or lactose).
    • sea salt
  • No additives, no commercial yeast

Practical info:

  • Baked every morning, available from 8 AM
  • Pick-up only: J7T 2A1, Yearling Street
  • Not available Mondays
